Refund policy

All sales are final NO refunds or exchanges will be accepted. If an order is sent back to Luna Raven Organics LLC you will be refunded for the price of the product and not the cost of shipping. Luna Raven Organics LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods. If your order is lost or damaged in transit please reach out to USPS for accommodations. If you put in an incorrect address please send an email within 24 hours of purchase with the correct address and first and last name on order.
